She has detailed specialist knowledge of noise nuisance and noise abatement issues, and regularly works with acoustic experts across all her fields of expertises.
Sarah is a renowned expert in animal licensing and regulation, particularly dogs, and was a key player in the Lucy’s Law campaign which changed the law.
Sarah is driving the development of the regulation of the beauty and cosmetics industry. She assisted in the drafting of the amendment of the Health and Care Act 2022, introducing section 180 and the licensing regime for cosmetic procedures. Sarah will continue to work to develop this emerging area of law.
Sarah has detailed knowledge of environmental matters, including protected species. She also specialises in the regulation of cannabis farming and production.
Sarah is instructed nationally by a wide variety of clients in complex administrative and public law cases, commonly against Government departments and against King’s Counsel. She was instructed during the COVID pandemic in two separate judicial reviews, challenging the Government’s Coronavirus Regulations: against the 10pm curfew on the hospitality industry, and against the 3 Tier system.
